喬安娜史塔克

Giovanna Stark
Executive Director of Government Action & Communication Institute (GACI)
Ms. Stark is a former educator currently working with the Administration and the Legislature on education for children, youth and families. She has designed and directed numerous research and analysis on child and youth education. She has facilitated over 200 workshops, seminars, and briefings for legislators and staff, state and community programs. Ms. Stark puts an emphasis on establishing links between practice and policy – between the experience of the program practitioners, the findings of the researchers, and the adoption of policy. Her experience covers both programmatic and functional areas –providing curriculum development and administrative systems in education. She is often called on by state and local policy makers to develop educational programs for the general public and numerous private programs. She is also a successful business owner with multiple sites and innovative programs.
